Issues in sexual harassment for minority women, especially in the context of higher education, are examined; and the efforts of Hunter College (New York) to address harassment on campus are described. They include a sexual harassment panel, workshops, and a publication for faculty. Guidelines for similar programs are offered. (MSE)
