An Empirical Typology of Career Thoughts of Individuals with Disabilities.
Lustig, Daniel C.; Strauser, David R.
Rehabilitation Counseling Bulletin, v46 n2 p98-107 Win 2003
The purpose of this study was to identify groups of individuals with disabilities based on their measured levels of dysfunctional career thoughts. Cluster analysis of the Career Thoughts Inventory identified three groups of participants: those with dysfunctional thoughts, those with external conflict, and those with productive thoughts. The results suggest differences between the clustered groups and two comparison groups. (Contains 57 references and 3 tables.) (GCP)
