ANOVA and split sample regression analyzed the Graduate Management Aptitude Test scores and undergraduate grade point averages (GPA) of 86 business administration graduate students. Test scores and GPA did not discriminate adequately between moderately low and very low performers in graduate programs. They appeared to predict academic performance only above the levels of the lowest group. (SK)
