Compared factor analyses of the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory-168 (MMPI) with the MMPI full length version using a sample of male drug addicts. Found the two versions comparable. Factor structures were highly similar for Blacks and Whites, although significant mean differences on many scales suggested greater psychopathology among Whites. (Author/JAC)
