International students teach in many American universities, especially in the areas of engineering, math, and physics. However, the quality and effectiveness of their instruction can be a debatable and controversial issue. This article focuses on the challenges that international students face in the classroom, and what the university can do to help prepare these international students be successful in their teaching assignments.
