Lee, Glenda E. – Community/Junior College Research Quarterly, 1978
Describes a study using Donald Super's Work Values Inventory, which found significant differences in work values between the sexes (males being more economically oriented) and among students grouped by discipline, but found scores only a moderate predictor of grade point average. The major predictor appeared to be motivation. (Author/AC)
