In 2002 and 2003, OhioLINK (Ohio's consortium of eighty-four Ohio universities, colleges, community colleges, and the State Library of Ohio) provided financial support for participation of member institutions in the LibQUAL+[TM] survey on library user perceptions. Academic libraries seem to be more alike than different when measured by service quality perceptions using the LibQUAL+[TM] instrument. One of the most beneficial uses of LibQUAL+[TM] at the consortium level may be one of continuous improvement, benchmarking against previous years' performances.
