Reviews cooperative efforts of the Tennessee Valley Authority and universities to form a "network" of university-based centers for environmental and energy education. Services at the six centers currently operating include: in-service/preservice teacher education; community resources/global trends; coordination for environmental projects; sponsorship of an environmental van; and research on energy sources.
