Colwell, Peter F.; Guntermann, Karl L. – Economics of Education Review, 1984
Measures both access and externality effects of neighborhood schools on the value of surrounding residential properties. Borus, Michael E.; Carpenter, Susan A. – Economics of Education Review, 1984
Demographic, economic, attitudinal, and school-related variables from a national survey are studied to determine factors that lead high school seniors to go directly to college.
