A follow-up study of 164 individuals with learning disabilities to obtain adult adjustment information found that 43% enrolled in postsecondary education/job training, few were involved in the community, 30% were in independent living, and most had good personal and social relationships. There were concerns about lack of knowledge of health habits, training opportunities, writing skills, and community organizations. (JOW)
