Internet-enabled tools, cloud-based platforms, and digital communication devices have revolutionized the educational landscape but this digital transformation has increased students' exposure to cyber risks and threats exponentially. The purpose of this quantitative correlational study was to investigate the relationship between technology acceptance and use of technology and cybersecurity awareness among parents with K-12 children. The central research question addressed how the level of technology acceptance and use of technology among parents with K-12 children relate to their awareness of cybersecurity risks and practices. The underpinning conceptual framework was the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT-2). Data analysis entailed descriptive statistics and Spearman's correlation to determine the correlation between the two variables. The positive social change implication of these findings is that promoting cyber safety and empowering students with digital literacy skills will ultimately reduce cyberbullying, enhance students' career readiness, and foster parental involvement in their children's use of technology.
