An Overlooked Phenomenon? Ethnographic Insights into Student Bullying of Teachers in the Context of School Segregation
European Education, v57 n2 p156-170 2025
This article focuses on bullying at lower secondary schools in Slovakia during typical daily routines and in the context of school segregation. The article is based on qualitative research and an ethnographic observation method, supplemented by interviews with teachers at the school. The findings indicate that bullying may represent a coping mechanism by which these children can justify and more easily accept their failure in the school.
