This bibliography shows how various states are dealing with the work force crisis and provides examples of tech prep articulation agreements. Forty citations from ERIC and other databases include guides, research reports, project descriptions, conference papers, and position papers. Three articles, representative of current wisdom in the field, are reprinted: "Vocational Education: Issues for Our Future" (Marvin Feldman); "2 + 2 Tech-Prep Associate Degree Program: Program Activities and Support Services" (Judith Marmaras); and "Technology Education Partnerships: Arkansas Articulation" (Dale Thompson et al.). Each entry in the annotated bibliography has these components: title, date, author, developer, availability, annotation, and format. (YLB)
