This pamphlet contains the text agreed to by the committee of conference managers on the part of the House and the Senate at the conference on the disagreeing votes of the two Houses on the amendments of the Senate to the bill (H.R. 1139) to amend the National School Lunch Act and the Child Nutrition Act of 1966. The amendments revise and extend the summer food service program for children and revise the nonfood assistance program. Other changes involve the commodity distribution program, special assistance, pilot projects, the special milk program, reduction of paperwork, nutrition education and training, and technical amendments.
