Trojan Ponies: Undermining the Establishment Clause in the Name of "Child Benefit Theory."
Thurau-Gray, Lisa H.
Journal of Law and Education, v27 n3 p435-55 Jul 1998

Application of "child benefit theory" has engendered religious strife, increased public funds for religious schools, increased sectarian control of public funding, and decreased resources for neediest public schoolchildren.
