Dabney; (11) foreign universities and other foreign institutions of higher education; (12) commercial education in Switzerland; (13) consular reports on education; (14) a memorial to Henry Barnard, the first Commissioner of Education; (15) Oxford University; (16) education in Great Britain and Ireland in 1902; (17) correspondence schools; (18) a child study in Chicago; and (19) Education in Russia.
