This retrospective study of French court documents evaluates sexual abuse cases involving children up to age 15, to determine the family situation of the 59 victims and 31 perpetrators, school achievement, past history of abuse, social environment, conditions of and reactions to the sexual abuse, and the circumstances of disclosure.
