This report is a result of a study of the state's physician manpower by representatives of the fields of medical education and professional practice in Georgia. Contents include introduction and principal findings, recommendations, and analysis of present supply of physicians and other data. Recommendations suggest improvement of the utilization of existing physicians; increasing medical school enrollments; and attracting, retaining, and allocating physician manpower.
