Parents of students who transferred from public to private schools after court ordered school desegregation in Louisville, Kentucky, were interviewed regarding their attitudes toward busing, school desegregation, and the public schools. Also examined were differences in parents with children in Catholic, mainstream private, and church related private schools. (GC)
