Adults (n=181) in the Netherlands were surveyed concerning their use of lower limb prostheses. Results are analyzed in terms of age and sex of users, reason for amputation, level of amputation, description of prosthesis, amount of time able to walk or stand, satisfaction with the prosthesis, and user recommendations.
