Describes a study of libraries in government postprimary schools in Benue State, Nigeria. Data are reported on staffing, finance, acquisition, processing, facilities, cooperation with other libraries, relationships with central administration, library instruction, and respondents' recommendations. Suggestions for improvement and areas of further research are offered. (12 references) (MES)
