The Project PRIMES (Progress Research in Meeting Elementary Standards) system examines elementary schools in light of minimum standards set by the Ohio State Department of Education. In order to provide an in-depth look at the strengths and weaknesses of School/Community Relations Programs, this instrument solicits information from school staff (principal, teachers, aides, clerical, custodial), parents, and the community.
