With the large influx of so many Hispanic inmates, scores of problems have developed which affect counseling, educational, rehabilitative and custodial programs. In order to promote their cause and obtain institutional recognition of their rights, Hispanic inmates have formed their own organizations with the assistance of outside supporters. (Author/NQ)
