How Good Is Your School? Program Evaluation for Secondary Schools.
Georgiades, William
This monograph is one of four reports that describe the Model Schools Project of the National Association of Secondary School Principals. The Model Schools Project involved 32 junior and senior high schools in a five-year effort to provide individualized learning strategies for their students. This particular monograph describes the evaluative processes and findings of the project. Although the emphasis is on criterion-referenced evaluation, other methods are also discussed. The appendix summarizes some of the findings of the Model Schools Project and presents copies of various evaluation instruments used in the project. (JG)
