Procedural Guidelines for the Design of Mediated Instruction.
Cavert, C. Edward
To assist in formulating design for mediated instruction, a series of guidelines were drawn up and validated, based on procedures developed for Project ASERT in Lincoln, Nebraska Public Schools. Eight steps are identified and detailed--design management, identifying target population, discovering learner needs, setting goals, establishing strategy, forming structure, carrying out mediation and diagnosis and testing. Details of procedures are shown in chart form. A glossary and bibliography are appended. (SK)
