This guide is a selected listing of reference sources related to history and philosophy of science. Although there are considerable differences between the philosophy and history of science, they are combined in this guide because they are usually found combined in the reference sources. The arrangement of this guide is by type of reference source. Included are: (1) Histories; (2) Encyclopedias and Dictionaries; (3) Bibliographies; (4) Periodicals; (5) Biographies; and (6) Book Reviews.
