Electronic interlibrary loan (ILL) request forms accessible through the World Wide Web (WWW) enhance communication between users and staff. Describes WWW architecture, Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) and Common Gateway Interface scripts used for creating forms, and lists elements for inclusion.
