The brochure's introduction presents an overview of the EPA and its involvement in setting environmental standards, standards enforcement and monitoring, and future trends in environmental protection. Subsequent sections describe administrative careers in the EPA, give personal accounts of a day in the life of an EPA administrator, list selected job titles and duties, present EPA job requirements, and explain how to apply for vacancies at the EPA.
