Describes efforts by Georgetown College (Kentucky) to increase enrollment by 25% over five years through the use of financial aid leveraging, a package of strategies that maximize the impact of financial aid. The program has resulted in increased average admission test scores of entering students, a 35% increase in first-year enrollment, and increased total net tuition revenues. (DB)
