Examines the extent to which diversity courses are being required in student affairs graduate programs at the Master's degree level. Results revealed that 74% of the programs surveyed required a diversity course at the Master's degree level. Of the programs that did not have a diversity course requirement, 8% were in the process of instituting such a requirement. (Contains 25 references.) (GCP)
