Carlisle, Robert D. B. – Planning for Higher Education, 1979
Instructional technologies that can help institutions comply with the mandates of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, requiring equal educational opportunity for disabled persons, are reviewed. Suggestions for the implementation of the mandates to the benefit of both the institutions and the disabled are listed. (PHR)
