Testimony given before the House of Representatives Subcommittee on Elementary, Secondary and Vocational Education regarding the Gifted and Talented Children's Education Act (H.R. 3263) is presented. This legislation targets federal assistance to support state and local programs for gifted and talented students in the areas of personnel development, model programs, technical assistance, and research.
