This document contains a report by the House of Representatives' Committee on Education and Labor concerning the bill H.R. 1451 to amend the Older Americans Act of 1965 to authorize appropriations for the fiscal years 1988, 1989, 1990, and 1991; and to reauthorize the Native American Programs Act of 1974 for an additional 4 years at a level of such sums as may be necessary.
