The Never Again Education Act was put in place to authorize the Director of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum to support Holocaust education programs, and for other purposes. The Act includes the following sections: (1) Short Title; (2) Findings; (3) Definitions; (4) Program Authorized; (5) Online Holocaust Education Resources; (6) United States Holocaust Memorial Council; (7) Engagement of Eligible Program Participants; and (8) Annual Report.
