In a previous article, Eileen Wagner analyzed the "Goodall" case in which parents had unsuccessfully requested that the school district provide their deaf son with an interpreter in a parochial school. A comprehensive alternative analysis argues that Wagner understated the federal requirements with regard to providing special education services at private schools. (81 references) (MLF)
