Megan Mackey
Sage Research Methods Cases
The purpose of this single-subject study was to examine the effectiveness of video feedback in improving the job-related behaviors of twin adolescents with autism spectrum disorder and learning disabilities. The targeted behaviors included active engagement, decision-making, responding to others, hygiene, and transition making. A within-participant multiple-probe design across targeted job behaviors, replicated across two participants, was used. The experimental phases of the design consisted of (a) baseline, (b) video feedback + job coach evaluation, (c) video feedback + concurrent job coach and self-evaluation, and (d) maintenance.
