Improving Educational Outcomes: Emergent Data on Students with Disability in Australian Schools. Nationally Consistent Collection of Data. School Students with Disability
Education Council
All Australian governments and the non-government schooling sectors are committed to working together to ensure all students have access to a quality school education with appropriate personalised support and educational interventions. Nationally, these efforts are focussed on the development of a robust national curriculum that provides flexibility for teachers to take into account the different rates at which children in their classes learn and ensuring teachers have the appropriate skills and understanding to effectively meet the learning needs of all students. This report looks at improving educational outcomes through emergent data on students with disability in Australian schools.
