The Association on Higher Education and Disability (AHEAD) has conducted biennial surveys of disability resource professionals (DRPs) in higher education since 2008. In 2020, this national survey gathered information about the work, background, experience, and salaries of DRPs. An online survey instrument was distributed to the AHEAD membership in fall 2020, resulting in 631 responses. Descriptive statistics are provided as well as summary highlights in the following areas: About You (e.g., personal and professional background); About Your Current Job (e.g., primary job title, employment time allocation, institutional characteristics); and Salary and Benefits. The findings of the survey document ongoing demographic information about the professionals working in the field of postsecondary disability. Results offer the field benchmarking data that can be used to inform research and practice related to disability resource office job descriptions, staffing practices, hiring decisions, office administration, and other related areas.
