Mathematics for All--Problems and Implications.
Damerow, Peter; Westbury, Ian
Journal of Curriculum Studies, v17 n2 p175-84 Apr-Jun 1985

However, historical analyses suggest that educators cannot expect great success in implementing this "mathematics for all" orientation in the future. (RM)
