This annotated bibliography was compiled to assist physical education majors, especially those having a major interest in football and football coaching. The bibliography is limited to the areas of coaching techniques and philosophy, fundamentals, offense, defense, injuries, and conditioning at the high school and college level. These broader topics are, in some cases, broken down into more specialized areas. Literature available from the University of Georgia libraries is prominently featured, but publications not found in these libraries are also included. (JD)
