Reviews literature concerning job attribute preferences of full-time and part-time workers. Data reveal that sex and occupation influence preferences. Significant differences in preference rankings of job attributes were found between full- and part-time female clerical employees. For female clerical employees, marital and family status could influence job attribute preferences. (Author)
