This guide contains information about 1,002 college and university programs/services designed to provide assistance to students with learning disabilities, based on national survey results. The directory divides programs and services into seven delivery categories: learning disabilities programs, compliance programs, basic studies programs, life skills programs, supportive environment, support services, and institutions with no report. For each institution, the following information is provided: size, location, program name, special admission, extra fee, contact person, and telephone number. Appendices include a 4-year planning checklist, a post-high school planning worksheet, assessment forms, a college interview preparation form, a checklist of services/modifications and materials, and a sample of a completed college profile.
