Parts of the document are presented in grid form so that information can be compared across programs. First, information is provided on the following training and technical assistance providers: Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R/Illinois Network CCRRA), STARNet, Quality Network (Q-Net), Quality Improvement Center/Disabilities, Early Childhood Block Grant (ECBG) Professional Development, and Provider Connections. Information is then provided on Illinois state agencies: Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS) Bureau of Child Care, IDHS Bureau of Early Intervention, IDHS Collaboration Office, IDHS Bureau of Family Nutrition, IDHS Community Health Nursing, and Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) Early Childhood Block Grant.
