Johnson, Toni Cavanagh – Child Abuse and Neglect: The International Journal, 1989
The paper describes the sexual perpetration behavior of 13 female children (ages 4 to 13). Among findings were that 100 percent of the child perpetrators had been previously sexually abused; that the mean age of first known perpetration was 6 years, 9 months; and the average age of victims was 4 years, 4 months.
