Recognizing the value of fostering students' personal and professional skills, colleges have embedded cocurricular activities into the overall students' educational experience. Activities such as cocurricular clubs are being brought to the forefront to enhance the college experience. The purpose of this extended abstract is to provide strategies and insight into starting and maintaining a successful sport management cocurricular club. The processes outlined in this manuscript can be applied to a variety of cocurricular clubs but were developed through the administration and maintenance of a club for sport management majors.
