The evolution, structure, and status of the Tuition Exchange program, a national network of colleges and universities offering tuition scholarships to children of faculty at member institutions, are outlined and discussed. Issues examined include the fee/credit structure and restrictions, exchange imbalances, and taxation of the scholarships. (MSE)
