Reviews the Hafele-Keating experiment on relativistic changes in eastward and westward moving cesium atomic clocks. Recommends the use of the Sagnac effect to remove the east-west time asymmetry and of the general-relativistic effect to elucidate the clock-rate changes. (CC)
