Stephan, Edward
CEFP Journal, 11, 4, 9-12, Jul-Aug 73
Presents the preliminary findings of a study of two schools conducted to determine what can and should be done to reduce the schools' energy consumption without affecting their operation. The schools under study are a 40,033 square foot, non-air conditioned elementary school and a 270,085 square foot, partly air conditioned high school. The study utilizes a computer preformance program to simulate the building operation under existing conditions and then under alternative conditions. (Author/DN)
