Explored effects of Career Navigator, program providing job search assistance, on college student self-rated knowledge and skill in the job search process as compared to professional development business administration course and no-treatment control. Findings suggest that students using Career Navigator progressed in self-rated knowledge of job search process and in their confidence to implement career plans. (Author/NB)
