Responses from 21 of 100 large British organizations indicated that 7 did not use computers for career development. Among the others, interest is growing and marked by diversity of methods. Implementation of Florida Choices, a computer-assisted career guidance system, was evaluated through a survey of 17 high schools. Implementation enablers, barriers, and resource needs were consistent across school type and size. Staff training, collaboration, and adequate resources were key implementation issues. (SK)
